If you would like to opt-in to Unified Messaging to receive your voicemails as audio files to your email,  please contact [email protected] or by creating a Service Request here.

 

Unified Messaging will allow your voicemail to be fully integrated with your Brandon University email. The Unified Messaging feature will give you the following abilities:

  • New voicemail messages will be delivered to your Brandon University email account.
  • You can listen to the message on either your computer or your desk phone.
  • If the voicemail message in your email is marked as read, the light on your phone will go out.
    • This feature is bi-directional, meaning if you listen to the message on your desk phone, the email in your mailbox will be marked as read.



Here is an example of what a message would look like. You should just need to open the attachment and listen to it on your device.
