If you are unable to upload large files to your Moodle website you can increase the Maximum Upload Size.
Instructions:
1. Log into your website
2. Under the ADMINISTRATION block on the left-hand side of your course select Edit settings
3. Under the Files and Uploads section change the Maximum Upload Size to 1 GB
4. Save
