As of Oct 9, 2020 BU is recommending Staff/Faculty not try using the pre-populated Breakout rooms function.
Reason:
To pre-populate breakout rooms Zoom currently requires that everyone participating in the meeting all create their own Zoom accounts. Additionally, for the function to work, all participants would also be required to remember to login to their personal zoom accounts before joining each session.
