This article describes how to pickup a ringing phone that you have configured as a team extension button on your phone.
- When the team extension is ringing your phone will either ring or flash depending how you requested to set it up.
- When the team extension is ringing you can press the team button
- The phone display will display who is calling on the team extension
- You will are given the option to either Answer or Ignore the call on the phone display
- Press the "Answer" button and then pick up the handset to answer the call.
- Press the "Ignore" button if you want to ignore the call and let it go to voicemail.
