This article will describe how you can answer a subsequent call while already on a call.


  1. When you are on a call and a subsequent call comes in the phone display will show the caller info on the screen.
  2. You are given a prompt to either Answer the call or Ignore the call.
  3. If you select Answer, your original call will be placed on hold until you are done with your subsequent call.
  4. If you select Ignore, the subsequent call will be sent to your voicemail.
