If you attempt to sign into zoom from SSO or if you are switching from Google or Facebook login to your Brandon University login, you may receive the error "Unable to connect".

  1. Confirm your zoom login credentials still work on the Zoom website (Sign In - Zoom)
  2. If your credentials work uninstall and reinstall zoom
    Windows Computer: go to windows Icon -> Settings -> Apps -> select Zoom, click Uninstall

    Mac Computer: Open the zoom login screen -> in the upper left-hand corner of the screen click zoom.us -> Uninstall Zoom
  3. Download and reinstall Zoom Client from the Zoom website:  Download Center - Zoom
